Viva Paper Towels, 1.0 CT

I decided to go out of my comfort zone and pick up a different brand of paper towels. Glad I did. I LOVE the Viva Towels. The small A size like other brands but what makes them stand out overall is the quality of towel. Thick enough to not only dry your dishes, clean up spills but you can use it as a wash clothe to wipe down the counters. I found my new favorite product..

Not sure what is going on here, but I suddenly have found it very difficult to locate the original size of this product in my area, of which I used to be a big fan (orange packaging). I am not sure if the change is on the manufacturing side, or demand from the retailers. I have never been a fan of the choose-a-size variety. Also, as a singleton I liked the option to buy by the roll, or in a dual pack. A giant pack will last me a long time, and take up a lot of valuable space in my small apartment. In the mean-time, I think I will have to make do with the most-similar Kimberly Clark product I can find: the box of rags from the hardware section.

Lately, I have been very disappointed to discover that fewer and fewer retail outlets offer the full-size version of Viva. If Viva Towels has decided to discontinue this product ("33% More Towel--area per roll vs. Regular Rolls"), they lose me as a customer. I buy at least 5-10 units of this product each week--sometimes more! as I use them as substitutes for "kleenex" for my allergies, for auto and home wipes, for drying dishes, etc. Viva are soft, pliable and absorbent--the best product on the market. But, the so-called "Choose-A-Size", perforated half-sheet version you seem to now favor falls apart in use and is a good example of false economy for your customers as I'll bet most use more than those silly half-sheets for cleaning up, etc.. As for your "Advantage", hard-surface line of product --why simply mimic what other brands creating, a hard-surface, bumpy, cheap product. VIVA HAS A BETTER PRODUCT WITH THE SOFT AS CLOTH FULL SHEET-SIZE PRODUCT!!. PLease offer this product in more retail outlets!!

I have used Viva since the beginning. They were the perfect paper towel. You changed them a while back and I didn't like the change but they are still better than anything else. Now it's the Choose a Size. I refuse to buy them. You say that the full sheet is still readily available but I find that not to be the case. I buy the multi roll packs when they are on sale. It is very frustrating to have to make the rounds of every store in the county and find only little half sheets available at every one of them.

Viva Vantage towels are amazing. I can clean most of my kitchen with only one towel. Just need to rinse out and use again. Its like a reusable towel. It does not loose it's strength or fall apart. I highly recommend Viva Vantage. You will save money in the long run because you don't use as many to get the job done.
