Outstanding TV. Fine picture quality,smooth action.Sound could be better,but main cause could be from cable supplier. Would buy this model again. Of course Vizio products have my trust(own 4 TV's)

Was hesitant about buying a refurbished set, but so far so good. Nice bright picture even in daylight. Sound is o.k.

Love the TV. You can't touch this price ( 549.00 refurbished with free "Site to Store shipping). Site to Store shipping is terrible on this unit. First it takes 2 weeks to get to Houston. When I go pick it up, the carton/box is crushed on both sides. Be aware the TV DOES NOT come in a Vizio box. It is just packed with foam in a regular brown cardboard box. Probably not Walmarts fault, but I (and the cust svc mgr) both thought it was a stupid way to ship a flat panel TV. It was packaged well enough that the TV was unscathed in its journey to the store and my house. It is the best picture of ANY HD TV I have ever seen. Friends have units (both plasma & lcd)costing 2 to 3 times this much and do not look any better. I get my HD programming from Directv. The Direct TV remote operates the Vizio perfectly. That is a good thing as the Vizio remote seems weak on its ability to reach the TV on a consistent basis. As with most TV's the sound sucks, hence only 4 stars on Sound Quality. I am running an older Sony dvd/home theater unit for my audio and it sounds terrific. I also purchased the Vizio VB100 Blu-Ray player for 88.00 to go with the TV. It works perfectly and gives an awesome picture. More inputs would be better. That is why I only gave it 4 stars on features Setup was easy taking about an hour to get everything just right. Not a huge fan of "refurbished" items, but could not pass up this unit at this price. Time will tell how reliable it is. As for cosmetics, you can not tell this isn't a new Vizio. Not a scratch, blemish or anything on the TV or remote. Comes with all of the plastic covered just like from the factory. Register the unit with Vizio.com and you can get extended warranty and 10% off accesories. Buy this TV, Then wait, and wait and wait for it to get to your store. Hope it is not damaged. Then enjoy the great HD picture and the 200 - 300 dollar savings !!!!
