I tried to use this as long as I could before writing a review. It's a hidden energy that it gives. I thought I would notice having more energy like a energy drink does, but it is a clean energy. I came home from work to find myself doing yard work and other stuff I had been putting off. No crash after.

I was really looking forward to a boost in energy and stamina. The only thing I feel I got was the need to go to the restroom. I am glad I didn't have the crash other supplements give I am glad I didn't have jitters I have not seen noticable results.

Force Factor put together a good mix for this product. While it is advertised as a nitric oxide booster, it also utilizes Con-Cret creatine to enhance workouts. The supplement uses a proprietary blend, but has only 1520 mg combined of L-citruilline, agmatine, L-norvaline, creatine hci, L-methoinine, and L-glycine. While there are some good ingredients in here, I wish they were broken out and I think that more is needed. The recommended dose is 2-4 in the morning and 2-4 before working out (or with dinner), so the bottle does not last very long. I would expect at least 30 days worth, but if taken as directed, you get between 12-15 days worth. It is still a decent non-caffeine workout enhancer, but I think Force Factor could have done more potentially by putting it in a powder.

I took the product as recommended on the package. I started with the lowest dose because I have had stress/anxiety attacks in the past so I wanted to start on the lower side of things. The pills are very big and sometimes difficult to swallow even with water. There is no weird after taste or anything with them which is nice. At the lowest dose I felt a slight increase in energy and the soreness the following day wasn't as bad, but this might have been a mental thing. At the highest dose there was a definite increase of energy and I felt like my recovery was A LOT better but I started having issues with panic attacks. The increase of energy would cause these to come on at random points during the day, not just when working out. Overall I think it's a good product, it wasn't an over the top excessive energy feeling I have had in the past from other brands but the downside of having the panic attacks with steer me away from this product. For someone not dealing with this issue i would recommend it.
