VTech CS6124 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Answering System and Caller ID/Call Waiting, White

The buttons are hard to press, audio is clear but has a constant slight crackling noise, where the other person notices. Also, I had to fidget with the phone to get it to charge properly on the base.

This item is just what I wanted. Everything works as it should. The only thing that needs improvement would be the instruction manual. The printing is very small and hard to read.

I had to buy online to get the best price, even though it was on the shelf at the store. I went to the store to pick it up using the pick up service and had to wait 45 minutes after they said it was ready. NOT such a deal then..........

maybe i would. but it is hard to understand the instructions. i am not savvy use the other features on the phone. I'm not tech savvy I am 70 years old. for us dummies on Phone features need help you could put if need help please call this number I would appreciate it

its easy just goon line and find what you need not going to the store with all the other people there waiting in line this way is better for me I thank you so much dan **** ****.net thanks again
