Vtech Nitro Notebook, Pink

I bought this from my 6 yr old daughter for Christmas. She LOVES it! I really like that I don't have to explain how to use it because it's pretty simple to figure out. The things she doesn't figure out on her own the user guide has an easy explanation for each game/activity. It has over 80 game/activity sections including one all about her, which she really liked! She has not put the laptop down since she got it. My only complaint is that screen is too small and not in color. I would pay more if those two things were an option or features.

I bought this laptop for our 5 year old daughter. She loved it! She hasn't been able to put it down since she received it on Christmas. Our 9 year old son actually really loves it too. He loves playing the games on it. We have 5 children ranging in age of 2 and 11. THEY ALL LOVE IT! I think we may have to get a couple more of these. This laptop has so many different activities to do. It's educational and fun at the same time. Great value, great buy!

We purchased this product for our daughter who just turned 5. She loves the color but the instructions for the games are a little vague and sometimes not so clear. We are having to help her quite a bit because the screen is so small and it is not always clear what you are supposed to press when you are finished with what you are doing. For instance, there is a place to put your name, birthday, etc. There is no indication of how to save said information and we ended up just exiting out of it and going back and finding that it did infact save, but you can't just hit save or done or anything like that.

My daughter turned 7 this past march and was asking EVERYONE for a laptop. I was looking on line at walmarts site and found the V-tech she opened it on her birhtday and fell in love with it and was using it for 2 hrs the first night. I love the educational aspect of it with more than 1 or 2 types of learning games. I have the v smile from when she was younger so i am fimilar with the brand and this does not disappoint at all.....

It's a great laptop for her age group (5-8) and really the only one that we could find. We (my husband and I) have a huge issue with the fact that on it's lowest volume setting it's still way too loud and on it's highest contrast setting, it's still too dark. The plastic that covers the "screen" makes a horrible glare so she can't play with it in direct sunlight, but lots of light is needed so she can see the screen the best. Other than those issues, it's a nice laptop that I would recommend to a friend, but only after telling them what we don't like about it.
