Stay away, product not as described. It's Not a “Lumbar Support” ( lumbar support), it's a 1/4” thick, flimsy, pillowcase like liner. The strap and hooks were broken upon first attempt to install it… It's a third party seller, does not comply to standard customer service as we've accustomed/ expected from Walmart. I emailed pictures 5 times, and to no avail and the rep wanted my personal contact info. Poor customer services, defected product, false advertisement, just some of my experiences I had with this vendor. In the future, I hope Walmart would consider identify 3rd party seller on their website.

I have bought these same seat cushions before for my car's two front seats. I need them to protect the original seat covers and for that purpose they are fine, but you will have to change them at least once a year or sooner if you have a lot of use. The back straps always break over time and the top part sags. There is a slight odor, but it goes away and is not bad. These are cheap pads, but I have tried better ones and got the same results, so I will stick to these. Hope that helps.

This is my second one that I am buying in 5 years it lasted a long time,but this purchase that I bought,as I was putting it on my car seat the strap broke. Will return back to Walmart and definitely get another. It is comfortable and saves wear and tear on my car seat.

I thought the quality of this product was acceptable, however, there was a strong chemical smell from the leather and since I have chemical sensitivities I had to return this item. It met my needs perfectly so if the smell wouldn't bother you I would recommend this product.
