Everything wad ok except it pulled on beard to much.

The Wahl Trimmers are fantastic because of all the attachments that come with it. The price was nothing to laugh about because it is a great deal!

I've had many Wahl products and have generally been pleased with all of them - EXCEPT THIS ONE! I bought the groomsman pro to replace a cheap Remington model that served me very well for years. From day one with this groomsman pro I never could get more than 2-3 minutes use from the rechargeable battery. After a couple of uses/recharges, that quickly declined to getting less than a minutes use out of it. I was very disappointed! Since I had already discarded the packaging, I didn't try to return it to Walmart. I instead contacted Wahl customer service. The lady I dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. She had me mail it to them (I had to pay shipping) and she said they'd either repair or replace the unit. Within two weeks I had a brand new unit arrive in the mail. I had high expectations was excited to see how this one was going to perform. My excitement quickly faded, as this one began to perform AS POORLY as the first within a week. I've given up on this product, would NOT recommend it to anyone, and would never buy another. I didn't bother with customer service again, as it would have cost me another $7+ to ship to them again. Wasn't worth it. I'll find another Remington (or whatever brand I had before). (FYI...I do not frequently give negative reviews. I, more often than not, write positive ones. However, the only thing I can say positive about this product is that Wahl's customer service was great to work with when I contacted them!)
