I bought a size med. regular and put them as loose as i could in the waist they fit perfect legs are perfect the straps over your shoulders are a little tight im thinking about going and trying a med. long or large short .

This item is great, I ordered it to wear riding in the cold southern California mornings, Yes it can get down in the upper 30's here, Item does great, Don't recall if they had them in regular and long sizes but if they did I should have ordered a long as wind blows up my legs when I sit on the big as it rides up, other then that it's great.
