Well made and all the parts are packaged well and no issues with the installation. The unit replaced our 1 HP Insinkerator 333 unit. It does seem noisier with some objects. We tossed in a quarter of a lemon peel and it sounded as though we had some sort of hard object lodged in there, but after running it for 10 or 15 seconds it was fine.

I compared several disposals but most had large housings and I would have had to modify my plumbing to fit the larger disposal. I was a bit concerned with this also being too large because I chose the insulated unit, but it was an exact match in installation size to my 25 year old disposal. It is much quieter than my old unit

Purchased this product because I was tired if replacing the Insinkerator disposers every three of four years, because they rusted out. It has only been a week, but I really like this disposal. Easy to install, lightweight and quiet. I only wish they were available at my local home improvement store.

Installation was somewhat challenging, but online search for removal and installation of the sink collar was manageable. When you go from Kenmore brand to Waste King it is not plug in type deal. However, the product is much quieter and excellent in performance as well.

Requires 3 hands to line up disposal to mount and tighten. Outstanding price & performance. Very quiet. Great 5 year warranty. Very quickly shipped.
