this product cleans and makes for healthy gums.. sooo good healthy teeth....

I recently had braces put on and new that I needed to purchase this type of product. I searched on-line and compared prices and decided this was the best product. I've had the product about 2 weeks now and it works great. It definitely does the job. Takes some getting use to manuevering around in your month. It's messy but what home product of ths kind is not. I highly recommend for those with or without braces. It takes your dental hygiene to another level.

35 years ago my dentist recommended that I use Waterpik as my gums had a tendency to bleed when I brushed my teeth. I've used it ever since and my gums are healthy with no bleeding while brushing or after a vigorous exam and cleaning by my dental hygienist. It is as good (better, easier and quicker in my opinion) at dislodging food particles between teeth as flossing, which helps in preventing tooth decay.

I grind my teeth when I sleep, and have shifted all my teeth too close together. I have so many fillings that when I attempt to floss, I pull out fillings! I have been using the waterpik and it does an outstanding job of cleaning between my teeth, and down into my gums, without damaging my fillings! I can even add MMS into the basin and flush the gingivitis bacteria away, which has stopped the erosion of my gums. Why pay all that money to a dentist when you can get the same results at home?

I grew up with a Water Pik and now our girls (8 & 2)can too. We love this product, just wish it came with 4 "regular" piks instead of 2 piks and 2 tongue cleaners (they aren't as useful).
