I don't have white teeth to begin with. I am a coffee and tea drinker and would have to get my teeth professional clean to uave tyat movie star smile. But this keeps teeth looking better with it than without it and it has a refreshing taste.
I put one tablet every evening after I brush my teeth in the waterpik handle. By the time I'm finished flossing, the tablet has completely dissolved.
I like the minty flavor, but as is often the case with artificially sweetened products...it is too sweet. I can't say if it has whitened my teeth or not, it's only been a month and I have braces.
I doubt there's any real whitening effect with the short time it's in your mouth, but I use them because I like the minty taste when I floss before bed.
