This color is a liquid which isn't the easiest to apply on yourself but I managed wish they had this color in there dreams but it's a beautiful dark yet bright color doesn't leave you hair looking or feeling over processed. They have a lot of colors in this formula. Definitely will buy again

I will never use supermarket dye again! I don't know why anyone would give it less than 5 starts unless they don't know what they r doing!!! I use 2 pts dev to 1 bottle dye instead of 1-1 depending on the color

All my hair dresser friends told me to use this one and honestly the toning only did half the job. There was still some yellow tones and I had to use a crap ton of purple shampoo just to get it decent. My hair took really well with the bleach so I guess this toner just wasn't best for my hair.

This stuff really works and leaves your hair the prettiest ashy blonde color. HOWEVER you have to be able to get your hair bleached to a very light color that people that start with dark hair have a hard time getting to. So just beware when you buy this. There can be no orange in your hair when you use it.

I've been using Wella Color Charm for over 30 years. I've been a bit of an experimenter maybe because I have a Fine Arts degree. I've had different shades of red over the years either with one product or a combination of two. I've read some reviews and many people don't put into account the temperature of the room and one's head which can give different results (its chemistry remember). I now use burgundy exclusively. Yes, sometimes the color of the liquid looks different or darker - again, where stored and the heat level, but always get the same results. I, however, apply to the scalp first and then massage it into my hair as a shampoo or conditioner. I use 30 volume creme developer for 22 minutes. Voila, the pixie dust is gone, but the color is great.
