Weslo Merchandise

This is my first treadmill and it has amazing features to be so inexpensive. It was relatively simple to put together, although some of the screw-holes don't line up and I wasn't able to put all of them in - it still works fine though.

This is my first treadmill, I didn't know what to expect.....I am very happy with it. It was a little difficult to put together only because the screw holes are really tiny/tight.(I guess so the screws will be secure)(Hard to turn screw driver at times)DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE TWIST TIES....until you are told to, they serve purposes . My daughter and I love it. My cat even walks on it with us.

The treadmill arrived with the wrong user manual, one for a totally different treadmill, Sear's model. Had to download manual from the internet. Once we assembled it, we noted a defect in the hood/belly pan portion. Called the manufacturer's customer service which was supposed to be open on a Saturday, but stayed on hold for over an hour. Called back on the following Monday and was told that the manufacturer, Weslo, owned by ICON, would not honor any problems on assembled items (the whole treadmill), in spite of what the warranty read. They tried to steer us to an extended warranty company which is owned, are you ready, by ICON, the same company which owns Weslo. I plan to write the Federal Trade Commission. If you buy it, just don't count on any warranty.

Don't know what I should say, the bottom part is plastic and it is cracked, not sure how did they delivered to the store. Since it is in the bottom it does not bother me. Took about 2 hours to put all parts together. The guide was simple that only one person can assemble by himself. As far for the product, I did not have enought time to test the product, but for the price it is a good deal don't miss it. I bought the warranty with it just in case if something will happen.

I bought this treadmill 2 years ago and i would not recomend anyone to buy this one. The belt gets too hot and it has to sit for awhile and the motor overheats all the time. I can not run on the treadmill becuse the belt sticks. I guess you get what you pay for...
