Weslo Pursuit G 3.1 Exercise Bike

I ordered the wrong one and received this bike. I had wanted the 33" base that folds up. I am 63 yrs. young and did put it together by myself in about 1 1/2 hrs. the hardest part of that was mounting the silver bar connecting the wheel and the back leg. I had to lay the bike on its side to put the screws in other than that, it was quite easy. The bike is very sturdy, seat and back are good. I am only 5' 2" so I have the seat as close as I can get it and I will need a pillow at my back so I can reach the petals. It is worth the price.

I've had this bike for about 2 weeks now and so far so good. The ride is smooth and the seat is comfortable. The only issue is its already making a squeaking noise in the seat and popping in the pedaling mechanism but I'm hoping this doesn't effect its performance.

Excellent step-by-step directions for easy assembly - but it took me a while to figure out that the thread on the bolt for the left pedal was backwards (ran counter-clockwise). Only logical when you think about it, so the pedal doesn't come off when in use.

Product is well designed and constructed. Suggested assembly takes 2 people and I found this was wise. One to help hold things in position and assists the other. I have COPD and with proper breathing and exercise techniques daily, my condition doesn't progress downward. This product assist me to progress upward and/or maintain my condition at it's best. I especially like the scan readout so I can tell time, distance, calories and speed while exercising. I do highly recommend this product to anyone.

Easy to assemble, comfortable to ride, but may need a pillow for your back, if you have lower back problems.
