Well this one fits the bill. Of course, it measures with perfection, but we're going for cool here. And it's made of recycled material. Even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KleenEarth 12" ruler has a nice weight to it. I like the faux wood look that sets it apart from other rulers and makes it look nice sitting on a desk. I also like that it's made from recycled materials and has a built in hanging hole. It has a double bevel with pencil groove that keeps ink/pencil markings off of the ruler to prevent smears. It is coated with an anti-microbial protection so sharing this ruler shouldn't be a problem as far as germs are concerned! I highly recommend this product!
