(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I absolutely love this microwave. Fits perfect in my kitchen design. Holds everything I would ever cook in my microwave.

Worked wonderful for 2 days. Then grinding sound started coming from bottom right side of microwave. Also whenever microwave time ends, there's a whirring sound of a motor winding down. Was told RONA could only help me for 48 hours and referred me to Whirlpool. The says they'd have to send a repairman out in a week or so. Waited all day from 8 til 5. Called at 2 to confirm. They cannot tell me which service comoany they use or how to contact them. Was told to wait. They never did arrive and when I tried to call back to Whirlpool, they were closed. Have to take another day off to call and find out what is going on. Won't be dealing with this company again. Just need to replace it period. So disappointed.

I bought the Wirlpool over the range microwave Model # YWML55011HS after installed for vent outside wall, i found there is strong air blowing out the front left & right vent above the door hinge. All the vents cover installed corectly as in the installation instructions. I can hear damper close when turn fan off but a lot of air blowing out from vent above the door hinge.
