[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I love it. The design and all the features, no turntable and your food heats with no cold spots in the middle. So far, I give it 5 Stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason oroville redenbacher's bags get heated hotter and faster than it should which causes the bag to burst and then the steam sensors says it's done when it isn't. If you set it up 80% power and manually put it in for 3 minutes it pops fine. We will be testing with other popcorn brands, but our 1990s Whirlpool microwave popped it perfectly. THAT SAID this appears to be the only issue we are having with it. Outside of this specific issue we love our microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with how the microwave looks, and love the counter depth feature. My only complaint is that I cook rice and steam a lot of vegetables, and the exhaust is not powerful enough to keep the interior from being wet at the end of the cooking cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 20 days after installation the glass front shattered during normal operation. The edge of a pot I was using on the range grazed the front edge of the microwave and small pieces of the glass/plastic microwave front fell off the bottom edge and the whole front started creaking and shattering. I put packing tape over the front to keep most of the shattered glass in place. The warrenty people were very helpful in arranging for a repair person to come out within week. But alas, he didn't know what he was dealing with and didn't bring/order a replacement door. So still waiting. The front shattered so easily, I suspect this won't be on the market for long if there are similar experiences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as part of our kitchen remodel/makeover. Never had an above range microwave. Looks very nice but, still have to figure out how to use all the functions. Probably the worst thing about it is it doesn't come with an operators manual. You have to go on line to figure out how to use it.
