Whirlpool - 1.9 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Biscuit

The original microwave was the same model and was provided by the builder. I'm so disappointed that I purchased another versus paying to get the original fixed. This version is cheaply made. I can tell from the handle, to the sound it makes when the door shuts. Does it heat food, yes. Are the features useful, yes.

I like the clean sleek look of the microwave, it blends nicely with my other kitchen appliances which are black and silver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in 2024 December because I knew the tariffs were going to go into effect so got a great deal on this microwave. Installed in May2025 and it it better than my old Whirlpool. It's easier to clean the front panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black stainless steel is nice looking. Does not look out of place with my other black appliances. Good simple microwave with a large cavity. The one thing that is cumbersome is having to press some buttons multiple times to get to sub choices. For example, the defrost button has 7 sub choices. I like quick defrost, so I have to press the button 7 times to get to it.
