Whirlpool - 21.4 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Black Stainless Steel

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have only had this fridge a couple months but liked it enough to buy one just like it for the office. The one at the office lasted 3.5 weeks and then the ice dispenser gave out - very disappointing since it was hardly used at all.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had it for a little while now and like it so far, plenty of storage in the refrigerator but the freezer space is limited due to the ice maker. We use the ice and water dispenser all the time and we all like it. If there's anything that could be improved, is the temperature of the water out of the dispenser, even if we didn't used it for a while and it had a chance to sit inside the reserve in the fridge.

The outside dimensions are the same but the doors are thicker so there is less shelf depth and drawer size inside. The shelving configuration is different with only 1 shelf for tall items. The on/off switch for the ice maker is inaccessible unless you remove the whole ice reservoir. The old wire up/down format was much better. The ice dispenser is difficult to control - it either dispenses one or a whole bunch of cubes. We also miss the shape of the ice cubes from our previous fridge.

I have two significant complaints about its design. **First, the wheels cannot be locked**, which causes the fridge to shift easily on smooth floors—a major inconvenience in my kitchen. **Second, leveling the appliance is frustratingly difficult.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like our new fridge, although we didn't have alot to choose from as our fridge measurements have gotten bigger since our house built. At first, a 4L jug of milk barley fit, the lid was pretty much hitting the top of the shelf. We've had it about a month and its seeming to fit better now.
