Whirlpool - 24" Built-In Single Electric Wall Oven - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] shopped around for two years and hesitated being afraid I wasn't going to be able to install a new oven where the existing one was, meanwhile prices went way up and when I finally was able to get one Whirlpool had the best priced one. have used it a couple of times and my wife loves it just had a little problem getting used to the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven replaced my other Whirlpool oven purchased many years ago. So very satisfied with my first one, I knew I couldn't go wrong in purchasing another Whirlpool. Delivery was delayed for several months due to the Pandemic, but all in all, worth the wait!

I bought this in August 2019 and it was delivered more than a month late due to manufacturing delays. When I finally got it and installed it worked okay for about 4 months before it blew a fuse in March 2020. It is now May 2020, and it is still not fixed. They are still waiting for a thermal fuse to fix the oven. This is by far the worst appliance I have ever purchased and it has really questioned my belief in whirlpool as a brand. This is the most sophisticated oven I've ever had. It's great to be able to tell it what you want and have it do exactly that. I feel silly even saying that,but it has not always been true. I purchase this oven to replace my 16 year old Whirlpool wall oven that finally quit after a self cleaning one day.It takes a long time to heat up compared to my old one. The warmer you want it the longer it takes. I'm used to getting to 350 degrees in like 5 minutes, now it takes a bit longer.Cooking with the rack in the bottom position cooks uneven. I have to be gluten free and when I cook my gluten free pizzas I put them in the bottom position. It cooked much more in the front of the oven then the back. Seems to be fine in other rack positions.Also note when using the timer option on the oven, when it finishes it shuts off the oven. I need to check the settings to see if I can change that. Again, cooking gluten free I have to check it often to make sure it cooks just the right amount of time. I hate having to restart the oven when the timer goes off.
