Whirlpool - 24.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does its job of keeping things cold or frozen well. The problem is the ice and water dispenser. The ice maker does not make enough ice to keep up with consumption. The ice dispenser showers tiny pieces of ice all over the pad and floor. The water dispenser runs for 1/2 second after removing the glass, dumping water directly on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for over a week, and it seems to be working well. When I first stalled it the fan in the freezer section was very noisy to the point that I could hear it anywhere in the house. The place I purchased it from replaced the fan and it is better than before but still loud compared to my old refrigerator. The repairer technician said that is normal for the refrigerators. I have always been happy with Whirlpool products, but this fell short of what I've been use to.

We've been extremely pleased with the quality and reliability of the products across the product line and for those reasons will continue to purchase Whirlpool products for the foreseeable future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for about 2 1/2 months and it's been quite good. The interior, cooling etc.. has been excellent. It's noisier than expected and the ice holder doesn't fit very well in the freezer door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless steel exterior is nice. The icemaker is nice. However I do not like the inflexible nature of the shelves in the refrigerator side. Also, I don't think this model is cooling my food efficiently and I have it on the highest setting and while the milk near the vent is frozen, food further down doesn't feel super cold. Kinda disappointing.
