We have had this fridge for 3 years and it's been great. However, when you forget to put the frozen meat on a plate and you end up with red juice from the bottom shelf on down, it's a bear to clean up. The unit with the apples and peppers is a big unit, heavy, and it needs to be tipped to get it out for cleaning. I would not buy this refrigerator again. I'm too old for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace refrigerator, 6 weeks in. Had service out multiple times. Cannot fix it. Whirlpool will do nothing. Makes constant abnormal loud click sounds. Whirlpool says it's normal but deemed another customer with the same issue as abnormal and unfixable and replaced their fridge. Inconsistency with whirlpool, depends on the tech you get and what their mood is. Whirlpool does not stand by their products. Never again. Fridge was 6 weeks in and it was so loud that we could not live with it. Didn't buy whirlpool again, that's for sure! New fridge is nice and quiet and normal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed with this French door coming from a different brand this unit looks nice but has a defective seal on the freezer or bad insulation? Idk what the problem is other than everyday I have to wipe the freezer seal of water or I end up with a puddle on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 1 week ago, it's never made ice and water won't dispense. Had serviced under warranty and got 8 cubes of ice yesterday, today no water or ice. Returning as soon as we can find a replacement!
