[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a ten year-old Whirlpool Gold wall unit that came with our home. We love our new oven/microwave. The only negative was the non-caring customer “service” rep who was of minimal assistance when setting up our app/wi-fi. Not customer focused at all. Not what I've come to expect as a loyal Whirlpool customer since 2002.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a double oven that had stopped operating (twice). One of the problems with the old oven is that the OFF button didn't work. The new oven is a handsome replacement. However, I was disappointed that the touchscreen interface did not have an obvious OFF button! Hopefully a software update will supply an OFF button.
