Whirlpool - 30" Double Electric Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave - White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it doesn't have as many features as my kitchen aide wall oven combo but it works well. The microwave seems to have high wattage because it cooks fast.

Purchased my house in 2021 with all Whirlpool appliances. Microwave went out yesterday after extensive research I see that the error message with the hourglass and the red circle means that I will have to replace this unit very disappointed I will definitely be contacting Whirlpool because this is unacceptable for something that expensive to only last three and a half years I see a lot of other reviews that show the same issues please contact me

LOW Quality . This oven has been a problem since the beginning and has always given me a hard time. Initially the bottom oven light would stay on constantly. After getting that fixed another issue arose where the oven heat would get stuck, requiring me to shut off the entire circuit to stop it. After keeping it off for a whole week it started working again but then the microwave stopped functioning. Now the display is completely blank. I would never recommend this product to anyone. After four years, I have never has a chance to fully use it due to constant issues.

Complete control board failure at 5 years. Have to flip the breaker to get it to reboot. Also, having to press three flaky buttons just to turn on the microwave is frankly, stupid. Out of warranty, so an expensive replacement for something that should last a generation.

Right now so frustrated. Unit is locked after power outage. Read that it might be the control panel. Had already had to replace Megatron in microwave last year which was no easy task. Everytime u open the unit steam hits the control and glitches it. Oven does not turn off and I know it's off easy. This has been issues since day one.This is the first whirlpool and bought it for the whirlpool name and reputation. Very disappointed... these units are not cheap and shouldn't have so many issues within 3 years.
