We received this unit as a warranty replacement for a ~30ish year old microwave/oven combo. Since receiving it, it has been very frustrating to own, and occasionally will not work at all. Lag/Delay - The microwave has a very large delay when hitting buttons. Sometimes 2-3 seconds, even when just hitting a button to add time. Long enough that you think it may not have registered, so you hit it again, only for the first button press to register, then the second registers as well. I also created a favorite, for heating coffee, but the delay when hitting the favorite is so long, it might actually be faster to go through the menu and select what I want instead of using the favorite. Microwave occasionally turns on, but doesn't heat. Occasionally we'll turn on the microwave to find the light is on, the turntable spins, but the actual microwave doesn't turn on. We have to stop it, and restart the process, and usually it'll work the second time. Ridiculous to have happen for a new microwave. Over the last several months this seems to be happening increasingly more. No touch feedback - The microwave/oven combo is fully touch enabled, but has zero haptic feedback. Having no feedback on button presses, coupled with the lag when pushing a button makes navigating the screen very frustrating. Smart Features - The device does not seem to want to stay connected online. When looking at the app, it'll commonly show the microwave as running, even when offline. As of right now, both the microwave and oven show as offline, even though I spent 15 minutes within the last few weeks reconnecting them (again) to our WIFI and Google Home. The only use I have found for voice activation is to preheat the oven, which I have tried to do maybe 10 times over the last year, with about a 50% success rate. Using the Microwave/Oven at the same time - When using both the microwave and the oven at the same time, it is very frustrating to then adjust one or the other, commonly resulting in accidentally turning one off, making the adjustment, then turning it back on again, steps that are completely unnecessary. Oven heating is not uniform - I am not sure what is considered normal or standard here, but I will say that one side of the oven is hotter then the other. This is obvious when cooking a pizza, and needing to rotate it part way through to cook evenly. I would not recommend this combo to anyone. Even though this is a brand new device that is just over a year old, I would not be surprised if we are needing to replace it again within the next 2-3 years because the microwave either completely stops working, or due to sheer frustration with the touch panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works but we find the technical documentation on how to operate it lacking. There are things listed in the operations instructions that just do not exist on the appliance. Example: The instructions reference a "cancel" button/function but there is no such button on the unit. However we determined that if you tape either the Oven or Microwave button and go back to the clock, everything gets cancelled. It would have been nice to find that in the ops manual. Also, your website is weird/redundant. Warranty registration process is baffling too. If I log into my account, and go to tech support, I have to re-enter the model and serial number, which is redundant since the web page prominently displays the model and serial number. There are more than 20 characters regarding the model and serial number. As such, you are asking your customers to key in "millions" of characters to access info. Your models and serial numbers are "alphabet soup" and not easily remember. Therefore you are frustrating your customers. I suggest you find ways to sync the data for the sake of you customers and your own.Data entry errors create problems. Also, your website is just a big "marketing click bait mess". If I am looking for support information I don't want to be bombarded with marketing messages. Support means support, not another opportunity to push other products and services.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last Monday I got a magnetron error on the display. The thing is, I wasn't using the microwave or the oven. It was in the morning and I looked at the display only to check the time and the error was there. I just hit the oven button to get out of it, clock re-appeared, and I had not seen the error since. It made me nervous because, my last combo oven had 3 separate service issues exactly like that - failed magnetron (error F1E6). I have since purchased a table-top microwave in order to not have to use the combo microwave. The oven/air fryer section has never given me an issue - either with the current combo or in the past with the original unit.
