[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot express how much I missed having a top loading washer with agitator. This new whirlpool washing machine works crazy good to get our clothes clean. It has a removable agitator, which is awesome when we need to wash larger loads, like duvet covers or our children's comforters. Otherwise we leave the agitator in and I am just impressed with how clean it gets our laundry. The dial has lots of options, from a normal wash to towels to bulky and I love that you can add a 30 minute pre-soak. This is a very reasonably priced washing machine, considering all of the options available on this model. I do miss having a countdown timer on the display.
