Only issue with my recent purchase is with Store and looks like appliances were opened to fix some issues before delivering to me, as there are some loose screws in dryer. From operation of appliances wise, everything is excellent.

I like its capacity of 5.2 cu. ft. I love the Load & Go; Steam Clean and Machine Wash features great for Condo Owners

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) the features were a little intimidating and confusing. We persevered without reading the instructions and learnt hands on how to use the machine. Now its load and go with article selection ....start ....done deal!

I've had mine for a year now and I wish I had chosen a different machine. There is not enough water going through the machine to wash properly. Tide pods do not dissolve. Clothes are often covered in hair and fluff requiring a second wash, in fact double washing is now more normal than one wash.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a replacement to a previous washer where parts could not be replaced. However, since I had the washer delivered I have had problem after problem and need service. It doesn't spin well the clothes are wet at the end of the cycle which requires much more time in the drier. It very seldom completes a cycle without giving codes. It really needs to be serviced but I cannot get through to the department. I contacted Lounsbury but they say I need to contact the service provider. I've used more laundry detergent in a couple of months than I would have used in a year.
