Whirlpool definitely is a company who wants to make sure its customer is satisfied with their appliances. Thank you whirlpool care team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We swapped out a 2yr old set of Frigidare washer/dryer (that came with a new house), for a Whirlpool set. The difference is amazing. Shorter drying times, wrinkle guard, less noise. The washer is also much better than the old one: quieter, more intuitive, more options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a gas dryer this time because our last one was electric and clothes often came out damp, but this one does the same on most cycles except “timed dry”. I prefer white door (not black glass, which shows fingerprints) and a door that swings open sideways, rather than drops down. I also prefer lint trap on top, rather than in drum.
