WHIRLPOOL WRT312CZJB 24-inch Wide Top-Freezer Refrigerator - 11.6 cu. ft.

Purchase this refrigerator 14 months ago and has so many issues. Do not buy. Water overflows in the bottom part of the refrigerator and overflows like a waterfall, even all your food gets destroyed.

The positive aspects are that it's very quiet and the bronze color is attractive. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I like about this refrigerator. It's very difficult to control the temperature. A knowledgeable technician came out and told me that this refrigerator simply will not work if the ambient temperature is below 65 degrees. The freezer varied from 0 to 20 degrees. There is no humidity control. In summer, everything inside the refrigerator is wet with condensation. The shelves are very cheaply made, especially the top shelf. The shelves are not on rollers or sliders, just plastic extensions from the wall. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

I bought this product 1 1/2 years ago. The refrigerator has broken 3 times. The first two were within the first year. I learned today that the compressor went out. I had the compressor replaced September of 2024. I think a refrigerator such last longer that a year and a half !! Very disappointed. I that I was purchasing from a quality brand.

I really thought I was the problem, that maybe it wasnt sitting level, or maybe I needed to clean the door gasket. NOOOOO.... this refrigerator drains a TON of water down the back which ends up underneath the produce drawer, then when you open the produce drawer, all the water "waterfalls" out the bottom, onto the kitchen floor. I sepnt a lot of $ on all brand new SS Whirlpool kitchen appliances, and the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator HAVE ALL BEEN A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. I thought Whirlpool was a reputable brand, but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
