Wilton Aluminum Long Loaf Pan

My wife makes sourdough bread weekly and these pans have been a game changer. She originally bought a couple of them and then realized that she needed to buy another four or five to make her job easier rotating the batches. She makes a tent over the top with foil, as part of her process. I wonder if there is a metal lid option that allows for rising so that she wouldn't have to use the “foil tent” method any longer.

I have purchased many items from Walmart but I have to say this was very poorly constructed.. I could bend it if I wanted to. I did not think it was worth the price

For that much money it seems like they could have given you a little thicker aluminum its not much more than thick aluminum foil Im scared my knife will go thru it

The pan is just okay. The quality is lacking. The metal is thin and it arrived warped/bent out of shape. I doubt it will hold up for more than 6 months if used regularly. I expected better from the Wilton brand.

With trying to isolate at home and limit trips to the store, I ordered these to make long loaves of bread in. It worked perfect. Produced wonderfully baked bread with nice crust. Bread came out of the pan flawlessly.
