This is FANTASTIC. Just house your window, wipe with pad, rinse with hose and YOU ARE DONE. Windows dry by themselves and are shiny and bright. Rain showers do not leave marks. Big time and back saving product.

This worked well for me. Wanted to get more cleaning pads but Windex is not making them available. (Or they cost way to much). I emailed the company and they did not respond. Now I have a useless stick with no cleaning pads.

Difficult to assemble and disassemble. I was thinking it would be telescoping and adjustable with just a twist. Instead you need to press buttons to disconnect and they are almost impossible to depress.
