Vibrant tropical and floral notes mixed with vanilla and roasted spices derived from subtle use of French oak are dominant on the nose. Flavours of fresh lime and peach are supported by crisp apple acid and a textured and lively palate. With age, tropical notes will develop into rich caramel aromas. A great seafood wine.
