She tried them out for a month and noticed a huge improvement in her mood and her ability to focus. It's helped her painful cramps too. Now she can't go without them so I get the monthly subscription for her. We love their products and recommend them to everyone.

I think it's more of a person to person thing since some people do well with higher biotin and l-theanine supplements and others don't. I enjoy l-theanine when I obtain it from drinking tea, but for some reason supplement form doesn't work well for me and doesn't feel calming. So I think maybe I'd like the chasteberry and other ingredients separately but overall did not get a hormonal benefit from the product.

They are vegan so not gelatin, they taste like candy so anyone can take them without having to taste the yucky aftertaste that pills and these nutrients leave in your mouth. I know for vitamins to work you have take them constantly so will continue to take them and purchase them when i run out.

The taste was accurate to me, and I liked how the gummies are actually larger in size. The one thing that I did notice a difference in was my mood, I felt more relaxed than I usually do!
