Wolverine Durbin Waterproof 6" Work Boot Men

I've worked in the construction industry all my life and enjoyed Wolverine work boots for years. I was looking forward to the new pair but was disappointed in the fit and comfort. After wearing them for a few days I went back to my Danners. They seem a little too roomy around the foot and don't offer the comfort I've been used to with Wolverine.

Just ordered a second pair for my husband, who has many ussues with his feet and is standing for 9 hours a day at work. He also has very wide feet. Ive searched for years to find a boot for him that is comfortable from day 1. This is the one. I'll be ordering another back up pair very soon. Sturdy, durable. Comfortable. I can't comment on waterproofness. But this boot checks all the boxes AND isnt steel toe. Great boot.

I purchased thse boots about 2 months ago. They were delivered and as so as I opened the box I utterly amazed at the crappy construction. The leather where it meets the sole had not been trimmed and was sticking out probably 1/4 of an inch. The leather felt very thin and cheap. I put them on in the house to get a feel and if felt as if the soles were very thin and that was just waking on hardwood floors.... very poor quality boot from Wolverine.....I did return then and purchased the soft toe Raider boot...hopefully it's better as I'm waiting on their delivery

Boots were not what I expected. To start off the boots rubbed a lot on my toe and pinky toe causing me painful calluses. The boots also kept my heel extremely hot almost burning. The boots also made my feet smell, which is odd for me because my feet do not smell.

After 6 years of using Wolverine boots for work, this is the first pair that slightly disappointed me. It took a lot for them to break in, and even after few months they were never fully comfortable as previous pairs. They're definitely quality boots but from aspect of comfort they're lacking it. Also my feet was sweating after just a few hours working in those boots, that is another disadvantage for these boots.
