Wolverine ShiftPLUS Work LX 6" Alloy-Toe Boot Men

Boots looked great. Foot bed is comfortable. However the leather is very soft and after 1 day of very light work, they were riddled with scuffs that can't be buffed out. After 2-3 days of wearing and walking around you could start to see the outline of the alloy toe. There was also a weird crease where the toughen meets the side of the boot. This crease dug into the high ankles and almost made me return these things. With that said I pressed on with them because I got such a good deal. After about a week or 2 it got better but still not great. I like them for the price I got, but if I would have payed full price I would be very happy. This boots are not suited for hard work, but if just need nice looking steel toes to meet a plants safety standards to walk around and talk, they are great! Just don't trip on your own feet or accidentally kick a pillow because they will scuff! I don't think these things will hold up for very long, but I paid about $70 on sale, so I will see.

I have worn Wolverine boots for years but these are the worst boots i have ever have worn from Wolverine. The opening is very small to get foot in and every step puts pressure on toes. Worn them for 4 weeks thinking they would break in but no luck.The width is too tight. I have worn this size for years and no problems. Must just be this style. Stay away.

I purchased these because they seemed like a great deal. I received the order on a timely basis. However, these are the first boots that have actually caused blisters and had to be broken in that I've purchased in the last 35 years. After a few weeks they have broken in on a very comfortable. They could also use speed laces, in my opinion.

I love my new boots. I like their look more and more each day as they age and develop "usage" marks. The sole is soft and pushes back like a tennis shoe. Couldn't be happier. A great boot by a great company that supports students pursuing the trades. Thank you!

Very nice pair of boots came quickly and fit very nicely . Very minimal break in period quite comfortable and seem rugged and durable for the long haul .
