I used Rogaine for about three yrs. Thought I didn't need it anymore . OMG!! It took me a bit to figure out —6 months later sadly —what was happening but as soon as I resumed using it the miracles started happening again . Thicker hair and less hair loss . Will use forever

I gave this 4 stars because I'm afraid to stop it. While I was in the hospital about ayear ago. Didn't use it and I did lose some hair. Been usi g it since. Not losing hair but it is not growing more hair

While I have only seen a little new growth, I am losing less hair. I am hoping now that dr changed my medication things will improve. I had lost 50% of my hair. I am hoping now that I will be able to grow new hair.

To test this out, I used it on only one side of my head. I wanted to see if there would be a difference between the two sides. After 4 months, there was absolutely no difference.

As a busy medical transcriptionist working many hours of overtime from home, I rarely took time to look in the mirror. I put my long hair up to keep it out of the way and that was the extent of my "primping." Somehow one day I saw that I was actually going bald in the area of my part, so much so that my scalp was shiny. I've since used Rogaine over a period of many years off and on, depending on whether I could afford it, and concentrated treatment in that area. I still don't spend much time in front of the mirror, but I recently realized that the hair in the treated area on the left side is much thicker than the right side, so now I need to apply it more evenly. The only problem is that there is in the area where I first noticed the problem, the hair grows out in a weird direction in a way that is difficult to remedy. Perhaps if I had used Rogaine sooner or more consistently, I might not have that issue.
