Women's Squall Lightweight Raincoat

Had to return it, because while the reviews had said it ran small, even with buying a larger size it was much too tight with only lightweight T and jeans under it. Couldn't possible put even the "bulk" of a light weight cardigan under it. Lovely lavender color though.

The color of this jacket was slightly more yellow than expected, and although the style seemed nice on the model, it did nothing for me. I also found the zipper difficult as others noted, so I returned it. I only keep items I truly love. The bar is high, and unfortunately Lands End is not reaching it these days.

I really did love the look of this jacket, but I needed one with a full an a little heavy liner. I needed more of a fall/spring jacket. So when I read it had a liner, it turned out to be only a lite half liner. Definitely late spring/summer jacket. So if that is what you are looking for this will work great! I returned it, not quite what I wanted.

I received this raincoat just before going on a trip. It rained almost every day. Plus the weather was very cool. It kept me dry and very comfortable. The big pockets were great for holding my keys and cell phone. I love that it has a detachable hood, for when not needed. I love everything about this coat.

This coat is made with thoughtfulness and consideration. However, the fleece lining diminishes the roominess in the chest area by being somewhat loosely sewn in. The outward material is stiff-ish. Left to me, the coat would be about 2-3 inches shorter. I'm happy that the hood is snapped on and removable if desired. All in all,it is a nice coat and will no doubt last a long time. I can live with it.
