Xbox 360 HD DVD Player

The Xbox 360 add on drive is A pretty good deal. It plays the HD DVDs well and as intended. Installation is easy. The bonuses that you get with the package(universal remote and King Kong) are nice. The remote is helpful so you can use it on the 360 and your TV. King Kong is a good movie and you can see the detail difference. The add on drive is a good option for those who want a HD experience without having to spend too much money. With all of the deals that you get with the player it pretty much pays for itself in free HD DVDs and the remote. Its a good product that if your interested my be worth seriously considering.

This HD DVD player the best cheapest product you can get on the market. It has everything the other players has in terms of quality and specs, including when the dics have online "upgrades" on their features. But there is a downside to it. You can not eject the disc from the universal remote. You have to actually get up and remove it yourself. Although it does make sense to do this, it would have been nice to have. Other then that, I would highly recomend getting this, as it is the easiest thing to hook up.

This is a must for XBOX 360 owners due to the affordability of this product especially when Heroes: season 1 (HD DVD) came free with it + 5 more free HD DVD to be mailed to me. We refuse to watch movies in theatres anymore because we were spoiled to watch at home on HD with 60" screen. Movie theatres can't beat that.

I have an older HDTV that has no HDMI slots with an XBOX 360 with no HDMI Port. So I didnt want to buy a standalone unit and I didnt have a need to replace my XBOX for an HDMI port, so I thought I would buy this HD DVD ad on and hook it up via component, seeing I can still get 1080I on the hookup. The price was great and the movie's look amazing. I expecially like the features you can access during the movie. The only part I didnt like was the Universal Remote, it will open the 360 bay instead of the HD Bay, but its a minor inconvience. I also dont like the fact that some of my favorite titles are on Blu Ray but I wasnt about to shell out $350+ for a PS3 so this add-on was the best bet for being able to experience HD quickly, and cheeply while being satisified.

The hddvd player for the X box 360 is not really a need but I have wanted one to go with the bluray player I already have for the PS3 I am just a tech nut. But I wish that the player just came in black to match the X box 360 Elite.But it really is the look and sound of perfect.
