all in all a very cheap way out of havin to buy batts for the controller only downside is i got mine as part of a savings bundle with the 360 elite and i got shipped a white batt pack other than that no complaints the pack holds a pretty good charge

This is a great product! Simple, yet effective. My one complaint is in the wire itself. After about 9 months, my wire stopped charging. It wasn't the battery or the controller though, I tested it with other chargers. The wire just seems to wear out after extened periods of use. I haven't come across any more with such a short life-span, it could have been just a one-time thing. Other than that, a very good buy for those who want to save some dough on batteries!

With two sons, in which one or the other is playing, this is a "must-have." I couldn't imagine how much I would spend on batteries. They could play all day long!!!

The wireless X360 controller is the biggest battery grubber I've ever owned, so having a rechargeable pack is a life saver. As much as I play, having a corded controller is a real drag as well. This kit allows you to charge on your 360 or computer for as long as you need when not playing, or even charge (slowly) while playing. The battery pack doesn't overheat like regular rechargeable batteries either, so it can be safely hooked up and left while you do other things. Very useful for hardcore gamers, or just people that don't want to spend $100000000 on batteries every month.

It is always great to buy genuine Microsoft products, especially when they are so affordable. The play and charge kit does what it is suppose to do and would recommend it to anyone because it is cheaper than having to buy batteries.
