I believe it will be helpful to move our garden hoses about in the garden. However we have been waiting on one missing part and there has been no response from Customer Service. Wasn't really eager to go search out a similar "nut" to attach the wheel during a "shelter in place" pandemic. :(

This was simple for me to put together. Needed one Philips screwdriver and a couple pliers. Directions were okay but not really needed. Unit does exactly what is says it will do. Holds my 100 foot hose beautifully and winds/unwinds like a champ. SO sick of the cheap plastic ones in which the gears strip out with longer hoses. Expect I'll have this for awhile.

It is fairly lightweight but holds heavy duty hose solidly. Plan on buying your own leader hose as the one included was cracked and pretty flimsy anyway. Also I suggest a couple of 1/2 inch washers for the axle lock nuts so the wheels spin with less friction on the plastic hub.

I wanted a basic hose reel that didn't take up a lot of space. this reel seems to fit the bill. Easy to assemble. Compact and reasonably easy to maneuver. It hasn't had a lot of use yet but seems to be fairly sturdy.

Basically a very functional item for a reasonable price. The one I bought had an issue with the pre-drilled hole for one of the wheels and the bolt did not screw in properly to hold wheel securely so it wobbles. I like the item and just wish quality control was better.
