Yoga Conditioning For Weight Loss DVD is great, it is better then the VH type I have. You can pick from levels and also types. I am in my 60's and my younger friends find hard to keep up, but all it takes is following the DVD 3 or 4 times a week.

i have recently purchased this item becauase i wanted to do more weight loss themed yoga. i have been using this eveyday and i have gotten great results and i am going to continue to use it. it is a very healthy and natural way to lose weight and keep it off.

I love this dvd. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and can really tell a difference. This is great for beginners and intermediate users.

I love this program! I had a vhs copy of it a while back but lost it. I was thrilled to find it again. It is my favorite yoga routine. It works well for all different levels of fitness. Even if you have never done yoga before this program will accomodate you. I love Susan Deason, the instructor, I have a few of her programs and they are all wonderful. I highly recamend this product!
