I had a ZAGG Rugged Messenger case on my previous iPad and was very satisfied. Tried to find the "right" case and keyboard for my 2021 11" iPad Pro and the Rugged Book Go appeared to be the best option, but was out of stock. I bought another product that worked pretty good, but had a rather industrial metal look to it. Then the Rugged Book Go came back in stock and I chose to go that route. My only disappointment is the location of the top edge of the keyboard in reference to the lower screen. It makes it difficult to swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
I have a zagg case for my iPad air two and I loved it. When I call my new iPad Pro I decide to purchase this case because it has the features I desire. fortunately the keyboard broke on me on the second day I got it. I couldn't turn it back on. I couldn't wake it up Even when it's plugged in to a cable. In fact I follow the supports instruction and try different cables, the keyboard did not respond. The support was kind enough to send me a replacement set with low cost shipping fee. And now I am on the third day using the second keyboard, and I am going through the same thing as my first keyboard. It's not responding to my touch. No red light when plugged in. Nothing. once again I have to reach out to the support. Truthfully, I like this design very much but it's not working out
Normally ZAGG is my GoTo for products, unfortunately this time their product fell short. My iPad Pro 2021 case was great, untill after a few days in which the down arrow would start working on its own. I attempted to re-pair the device but still this occurred. Now I have to wait an unknown timeframe for them to finally be back in stock to get a warranty replacement. Maybe next time Logitech or apple will get a better consideration. Hopefully I can get this resolved shortly.
The main reason I bought this case was the backside flip stand. Worked well for 1st 5 days theb when I opened it yesterday the top side plastic simply broke and it is having a hard time standing up
Purchased it a couple of weeks ago and it is excellent. A little heavier than others, but the support and use of the keyboard is very easy to use. I like the fit of the pencil on top and because of the magnet of the pencil to the iPad, it is very secure when traveling. I also like that if I do not want to attached the keyboard to the iPad, the bluetooth link still works, however, the keyboard is resting flat on the surface.
