ZAGG - Rugged Book Go Keyboard Folio Case for Apple® iPad® Pro 12.9" (3rd Generation 2018 and 4th Generation 2020) - Black

This is my third purchase. So why the one star? Because the first two broke after one year or so. They are awesome until they break. They Crack at the hinges over time. I wish they lasted longer, but I am willing to cross my fingers one more time. I don't use the keyboard often. I buy it for the protective cover, and that is what has broken twice. I am not hard on it. The hinges are plastic and not durable. The need to address this issue. If this one breaks that's it.

Too large of a case and the back brace is a pain to use in the field. It needs a hinge like the 9.7 case to be useful to a field tech. Tried to return it but there doesn't seem to be an option, only allow warranty replacement on site. Would be great to have a refund for something I will never use.

I like the product very well, because it detaches from the keyboard. A couple things that could be improved, the buttons for volume and turning on / off. Just make them open (like the Logitech product) so I can access the buttons. Your buttons are hard to push to get to the up / down volume buttons or on / off. Second, there is always a delay before the keys are functional again when you turn it on or open the tablet. I wish it was instant. Overall a good product, but those improvements could make it a GREAT product.

This is a very well built case and keyboard. My daughter helped me open it and she's delighted about the back lit keyboard. The only problem I see now is I need to get another tablet and case because my daughter is using mine all of the time. Love it.

I love this case! It works well and has every function I was wishing for. I love that you can easily turn it to vertical view, with disconnecting the screen from the keyboard magnetic strip. The keyboard is a great size and typing is natural. I also have grown to love the zagg pencil, which fits nicely in the slot at the top of the case. The only wish I have is that it weighed a bit less. Even still, that was not a big deal to me. Overall I think Zagg hit it out of the park on this one.
