First day taking it! I woke up at 5am and hit the Gym but before going I took my Pill! I'd compare the energy levels to that of a cup of black coffee.. I only took one and plan on only taking one each day! I ran for 30mins straight on the treadmill and lifted for 45mins, Felt good.. I'd recommend it for people who actually go to the "Gym or Workout or plan on Working out"! The people who have bad experiences on here is because they just take it and expect results.. It's like a relationship you give 100%-%100

i have been taking this pill for three weeks and it really does cut weight, but it gives a sick feeling that i dont see anyonje talking about. it gives diarrhea and makes me feel nauseous. even though it gives energy and weight loss i think am gonna switch back to my lipozene because it does the same job but it doesnt cause the sickness feeling.

Before buying this product, I read the reviews. So I decided to give it a try. I brought the blue bottle. I've taken the pills for the total of three days. On the first day,it provided me with lots of energy however, it did not curve my appetite and I've taken the total of four pills for the day. The second day, I got the same results along with the same amount of pills. By the third day, I've taken two pills that morning, but wasnt able to take my second set due to the fact I had anxiety and started to fell light headed and dizziness. I was so afraid and I knew it was due to the side effects from the pills. The next day I had the same side effects. I will no longer take zantrex due to the unpleasant side effects. Good luck to everyone and be careful! I gave this product a two star only due to it energy boost!!!!!! (4/2016)

I only took 2 pills .I was really sick and shaking .I felt really bad,wanted to throw-up,it scared me because I was that sick..I take a lot of meds..so I would recommend asking your doctor first..
