Zebra Sarasa Dry X20 Retractable Gel Ink Pens, Medium Point 0.7 mm, Assorted Color Rapid Dry Ink, 10-Count

I'm a teacher. I use a 1.0 blue Sarasa for everything. I love the boldness which makes my writing easier for me and others to read. I quit Sarasa for a year because the pens seemed to stop writing before the ink was gone and would skip when writing. I'm trying them again.

It's strange that some folks are having drying and running, smudging problems with these. I'm using the Sarasa retractable gel pens, 14 colors, and love them. I've stored them for months, will go pick one up and it starts right off. No drying up. I've used them until they are empty, never with a glop or running problem. The barrels have held up fine. I don't get it. Maybe they fixed all the problems spoken of before I bought them 2 or so years ago. My most favorite colors of all are Cobalt, Forest, Navy, & Mahogany.

I see that I am having the same problem as many others have written. I love the pens too, but usually have an ink flow problem. With a full barrel of ink, and then it stops writing, or I can only write for so long and then it stops. I love these for grading papers. Also, I see the common response is to contact customer service. Has anyone contacted customer service? Have you been reimbursed or have your specific color of pen replaced?

Really good pen. The ink comes out very smoothly and it feels good to write with it, but there is a downside, sometimes the ink starts clogging and it does not come out very smooth and nicely, so if you could make the ink a bit more flow-able it would be very nice.

I have been buying the Sarasa Gel Retractable pens multiple times a year, and using them to color-code my life, for about 15 years now. I've tried other colored pens and nothing has come close to these. The colors are vibrant and I love how quick they dry, I rarely get a smudge from them. I use them in my planner everyday! I'm kind of known by my colored pens by people at my work, and was known for them in high school as well. Please don't ever stop making them! Only cons (that really have nothing to do with the pens themselves): - The plastic case they come in falls apart easy. I really like how it displays all of the pens making colors easy to find, but when it falls apart I have to put them in a pencil case. #firstworldproblems - Whenever there is a color change it throws off my whole color-coded system in my planner. Please only add colors, don't change them.
