The water tastes great and tests very pure compared to other filters and even bottled waters. However, I have encountered defective filters for the 3rd time and I've only had it a year. The filters work fine for a couple weeks and then water stops filtering through. I tried shaking and breaking the filter contents lose with no luck. Also the design of the dispenser itself is lacking, the lid falls off all the time.

I bought this product six years ago while in Arizona to get clean and soft water with less elements and found this system very good and gave me really water like coming from spring fresh and with no elements or clean zero water. I had constipation with regular water with high calcium while drinking zero water cleared my constipation.

The design of the separate compartments for the water fill and the pour section are an outstanding feature as you can pour filtered water while the reservoir is being refilled.

Although the water main to our house was replaced due to the amount of lead, there still are old pipes in our home. A neighbor recommended ZeroWater since it filters out more impurities than other filters. Needless to say, I purchased a pitcher and have used it consistently ever since. I'd highly recommend it because so many pipes in this country are made with lead.

I was going to the water store to fill five gallon jugs with water but it was a bit exhausting carrying them up four flights of stairs so I decided to look into water filters. After comparing multiple water pitchers I found this to remove all contaminants so it is the most pure water like I was getting from the water store. The water tastes great and when I priced it out on how often I was filling the five gallon jugs and how often I have to buy a new filter I am paying less than half the price per gallon of water filtered! In addition after I decided to purchase the zero water filter I was curious how the other water filters really compared in contaminates removed. I have a few friends that have some of the competitors pitchers or spouts that attach to the water faucet. ZeroWater tested at "000" ppm while the others were around "250" ppm, and straight tap water is "300" ppm. I am so glad I chose the ZeroWater filter!
