Ziploc® Quart Storage Bags, Stay Open Design, Easy to Fill, 48 Count

I am a frequent customer of the great outstanding excellent Walmart Company. I order highest quality products and I recommend this to everyone. Ziploc Brand Storage Quart Bags with Grip 'n Seal Technology are excellent. They are very well made and are very useful for a range of storage tasks. These include storing all kinds of solid foods to keep fresh nd prevent spills in the refrigerator or freezer, and storing many other non food items including paper clips, sewing needles and threads, and small hand tools. The seal works, as has been proven over the past several years. However, the new tabs are absolutely useless. They break way too easily, and at times make it even harder to open the bag. This is one "advancement" I hope Ziploc is smart enough to revert.

I buy these bags for their great size, double zipper, easy to open and close. Problem is, often, they tear opening or closing along one side. Close examination shows weak looking edge or seam? This isn't any good for that reason. I guess I must look for another brand that can handle normal zipper pulls to open. disappointed in what I thought was a top quality bag.

I've used all sorts of Ziploc bags for many years, but my recent box of Storage Quart bags are tearing at the edges. I've never experienced this problem before, but I've found myself throwing out @ 1 out of 3 bags. Seems that the quality has slipped - or maybe this is just a "bad" box.

I have tried these bags two separate times, but the quality is poor. They are not easy to open and when I reopen to remove the contents (and possibly put the remainder back in, the bag rips along the side and is unusable. I have always purchased ziplock for the quality, but will not continue to do so for the quart bags.
