THESE ARE GREAT! STEAMED CARROTS ARE SOOOOOO GOOD! THEY ARE SO SWEET MADE THIS WAY! DON'T ADD AS MUCH WATER AS THEY SUGGEST THO! AND FOR HARDER VEGETABLES IF THE SUGGESTED TIME DOESN'T SEEM TO STEAM THE VEGETABLES ENOUGH FOR YOU THE NEXT TIME YOU MAKE IT AGAIN ADD A MINUTE AND SEE IF IT'S ANY BETTER! I'VE FOUND IT ALSO DEPENDS ON HOW FULL THE BAG IS AND HOW MUCH AIR IS LEFT IN THE BAG BEFORE CLOSING. What has happened to the LARGE bags? I use the medium bags all the time, but the medium bags should be marked SMALL. They will hardly hold two adult servings and wont hold three unless you're talking about kid's servings. To do asparagus in the medium bags means you must waste half the asparagus. Please bring back the LARGE bags!
