If you really like that coconut milk flavor then you should buy but it not... I wouldnt recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the entire summer, I've been making or buying bulletproof coffee and adding MCT. Unfortunately, more times than not, it simply doesn't sit on my stomach very well. So, when I saw this in my queue to review, I was keen to try it out because on paper, it's exactly what I want and need in the morning before cycling, kayaking, or trail running. The first thing that stands out to me about these drinks is that they are VERY light tasting. So many drinks like this are just sickening in the amount of flavoring used. With these, everything is natural, there's no added nonsense you don't need and the taste is little more than that of coconut milk. Even then, it's very light tasting. Now, for some people, the light taste may not be appealing. This is listed as white chocolate coconut and to be frank, if you actually expect it to taste like a smoothie, you're going to be disappointed. On the other hand, if you like drinks like this to just have a bit of taste but not be overpowering, you'll probably like the taste. In terms of how this sits on my stomach, I've experienced no issues at all. I've consumed this before cycling 80 miles and had no issues. I've also consumed it before a 10 mile run and also didn't experience any issues. So, it's definitely light on the stomach. This does of course have MCTs present in it, so if you're sensitive to MCTs, perhaps only drink half a bottle the first time and see how you react. The one downside to this product is the total lack of information on how much MCT is present in each drink. Overall, this is a nearly a perfect drink for those living a Keto lifestyle. The one drawback for me is again, no specific information on how much MCT is used per drink. Other than that, I absolutely recommend these. 4 stars Cheers!
