Reception is good, phone size is awesome, but overall quality and customer service are nonexistent. Sim card disconnects all the time, causes calls to drop and internet connections to disappear. I took it to in for service to try to correct the SIM card issue, and the teenage tech simply removed and reinstalled the card. Error reappeared before I could get out of the parking lot. I wish I had researched this more carefully, I would have gone with a different phone.

I have had my zte lever for about 8 months and right from the start I kept getting a message saying a Sim card is needed when the phone already had a Sim card in it. I called straight talk and they sent me another Sim card......the message still kept popping up on the screen. My phone calls are always dropping and people say they have called me several times but I wasn't receiving the calls and my major problem now is that the phone does not charge good anymore!!!! I called straight talk and they sent !e a Fed ex prepaid package to send my phone to them and they are going to send me a new phone. I hope the next one they send me works cause the other one has really gotten on my nerves and I'm really upset because this phone is $200.00 and too much money to spend on a phone and you can't even use it!!!!!

I have a ZTE lever that I bought at Walmart in March of 2016, however the port where you charge the phone will not work you have to physically hold the charging cord in a specific position for it to charge (different position every time ) being that this phone was brand new and expensive and is less than 6 months old I shouldn't be experiencing this kind of problem the phone itself is in perfect condition with the exception of this problem! I need help ASAP to figure out how I can get this repaired being that it is an internal problem? Will Straight Talk replace my phone? I am disabled I have a spine disease with other physical and mental disabilities and it is detrimental that I have my phone in working condition! I count on that for emergencies and for mainly talking to the doctor! Can someone or anyone please help me as soon as possible to help get this resolved!!!! thank you very much!

Out of the box this phone has everything you could want, but after having the phone for 8 months I would encourage you not to buy it. The phones seem to have a mechanical malfunction that disconnects the phone from the SIM card, kicking you off the network. This happens multiple times a day and flashes a notice saying you need a SIM card for the service to work. I can't even make a 10 min phone call without it happening. I have called tech support many times and have received new SIM cards and also a replacement phone of the same model. Nothing has fixed the problem. It seems like a lot of people have this issue. I have never bought a ZTE because I have heard they aren't built well. I guess you live and you learn!

I bought this phone in November of 2015 and have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. It is always popping up and saying no sims card in it when it has one and I loose calls all the time. I have never had such a poor phone as this one will never get another one and would not recommend anyone else getting one.
